We collect the following information during registration and use of the Platform: your name, work email address, phone number, job title, company name, country, and Tax Identification Number (VAT, VKN, or equivalent). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and booking activity to improve our services.

We process your data for the following purposes: to verify your company identity and provide access to the Platform (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to improve our services and user experience (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and to send service-related communications (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with: service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, authentication, analytics); counterparties in freight transactions (limited to business contact information necessary for the transaction); and public authorities when required by law.
